Application: Roller mill is core equipment in flour mill plant. Roller mill generally have a pair of rollers which are speed-difference and opposing travel pair(s) of rollers, it could break and release wheat endosperm from wheat cortex, and through continued grinding and rolling to achieve flour products. Materials mainly suffering extrusion, grinding, and breaking effects, therefore get flour products. Every roller mill have two units driving system to support independent driving, feeding, and grinding system working, so it could make many different flow combination by use more than 2 unit roller mills to meet different technology aims. Features: 1.The horizontal roll configuration, resulting in optimum intake of material into the grinding zone, is easier for removal, installation and maintenance. 2.The engagement and disengagement of grinding rolls are controlled by pneumatic. The automatic engagement, disengagement and running of grinding rolls and feed rolls is controlled by servo feed system. The open size of feed gate can be automatic adjusted according to the level of feed material. 3. The machine can be controlled independently or centrally. 4. The speedy and tardy grinding rolls are driven by triple-wheel toothed belts with advantages of no step losses, no deflection, stable running, and low noises. 5. The tensioning device of toothed belts adopts elastic automatic compensation structure to prolong belt service life. 6. The self-aligning roller bearings are used for the grinding rolls to ensure highly concentric precise in rolls running, and sustain high speeds and roll pressures. 7. The double heads dynamically balanced grinding rolls of high-grade, centrifugally cast material can ensure smooth running and long service life. 8. The grinding rolls sustain all kinds of stress, the grinding gap can be precisely controlled and stably kept. 9. The grinding gap fine adjustment structure is simple and labor saving. The small cylinder for locking hand wheel is convenient in operation. 10. The negative pressure air aspiration device can improve feed condition, reduce the temperature of grinding rolls and material, improve grinding efficiency. 11. The accumulated filth can be cleaned through the self-unloading structure easily and rapidly. 12. The advantages of scraper knife are neater cleaning, simple adjustment, grinding rolls protection and lower electric consumption. 13. The cast iron base can reduce vibration and noise.
